Hello, my name is Coach Robert Selby. I am contacting you because I know I can offer something of value to you and your athletes. A few weeks ago, I made a visit to Stanwood to see Ryan Appleby play his final senior high school basketball game. The game was great and the community was excited about Ryan becoming a Florida Gator. As Ryan and I worked out, he shared with me that he had been experiencing shin splints. We stopped our workout and spent the next hour and a half stretching from feet to head. After we finished stretching he said, "I never felt so loose." He proved it by stepping out behind the three-point line and nailing 17 of 20, NBA 3's in a row- left handed! Wow!
My certified process is designed to improve functional physiological response of athletes' muscles, tendons, vertebrae, ligaments and joints. In short, more rapid recovery from practice and injuries should they occur. Muscular injuries that can be directly improved upon or prevented include ankle injuries, neck stiffness, low back tightness, shoulder discomfort, and hamstring pulls to mention a few. Athletes are not thoroughly prepared to prevent injury. I am committed to providing a technology that will far surpass anything you could imagine with regard to preparing athletes for practice and games.
